Operation instruction: secure the clutch compression tool in a vise, slide the main clutch onto the threaded rod, slide in the collar, washer and nut. Compress the clutch about 1″ and remove the outer cover bolt. Slowly loosen the top nut on the threaded rod to allow the spring to expand
Warm tip: before you start compressing the spring, the clutch and cover plate must be aligned to ensure the correct balance of the clutch. Compress the spring, you can grab onto the moveable part of the clutch and lift up to install the outer cover plate bolts.
