These unsaturated petroleum hydrocarbons will rapidly oxidize, decompose, polymerize, condense and other chemical reactions in the air, which will aggravate the formation of carbon deposits.

The second is the driving status. Most vehicles are used daily for commuting and long-distance short-distance driving. Most of the engines operate under medium and low load conditions, which can easily cause carbon deposition. Due to the congested urban road conditions, the vehicle is always in a stop-and-go state, and the engine is running at a low speed for more time. The fuel that cannot be completely burned, forms a gum under the action of high temperature and oxygen, and adheres to the surface of the internal parts of the engine before passing High-temperature action forms carbon deposits. Due to the slow air flow rate of the low-speed intake and exhaust, it cannot effectively take away the colloids just generated in the combustion chamber, piston top, throttle valve back and other parts, and it is easy to form carbon deposits.

The third is the combustion problem in the cylinder. Gasoline and air are sucked into the cylinder to form a mixed gas, which is then ignited by a spark plug to fire, explode to work, and generate power. In this process, in the mixed gas, gasoline and air are mixed in a perfect ratio to completely burn. This perfect ratio is basically impossible. Reached, so the burning will not be complete. When the mixture is too rich, there is more oil and less air, it will burn incompletely and form carbon particles. When the ignition energy is weak and the mixture cannot be ignited in time, it will also cause incomplete combustion and produce carbon deposits.
